Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: August 16, 2026

This policy sets the limits of what may be done through BizOS. It is part of the Terms of Service.

It applies to you and to your agent identically. An autonomous agent acting under your settings is you, for the purposes of this policy. Blaming the agent is never a defence, and configuring an agent to do something you are not allowed to do is itself a breach.

Unless the law requires otherwise, you must not do any of the following.

A. Break the law or someone else's rights

  • Use the Services for anything unlawful, or to plan, support or conceal anything unlawful.
  • Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, publicity or contractual rights.
  • Breach the terms of any third-party platform, or work around a restriction, block, ban or review it has imposed — on your account or on anyone else's.
  • Operate a business you are not legally permitted to operate, or one that requires a licence, permit or registration you do not hold.

B. Produce content that harms people

  • Create or distribute deceptive, fraudulent or materially misleading content, including deepfakes, synthetic likenesses, fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, invented credentials and impersonations of a real person, business or public body.
  • Generate content that is sexually exploitative, that sexualises minors in any way, that harasses or bullies, that incites or glorifies violence, or that promotes hatred against people on the basis of who they are.
  • Produce content that facilitates violence, weapons, self-harm, illegal drugs, human trafficking or other criminal activity.
  • Publish someone's personal information without a lawful basis.

C. Automate decisions that change people's lives

Do not use the Services, Your Outputs or Agent Actions to make — or materially influence — decisions about a person's legal rights, employment, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare, education, immigration status or access to essential services, unless a qualified human reviews and verifies every output before it takes effect. These agents are not built for that, and no configuration makes them safe for it.

D. Abuse communications

  • Send unsolicited bulk messages, or contact anyone without a lawful basis.
  • Ignore an opt-out, make opting out hard, or re-add someone who opted out.
  • Use scraped, purchased, stolen or otherwise unlawfully obtained contact data.
  • Disguise who is writing, forge headers or sender identity, or misrepresent why you are getting in touch.
  • Breach CAN-SPAM, the GDPR, ePrivacy, the TCPA or any other applicable law on electronic communications.

E. Put shared BizOS advertising assets at risk

Advertising may run inside advertising accounts and Pages that belong to BizOS and are shared with other customers. Damage to them is damage to every customer, so this section is enforced strictly. You must not:

  • Advertise anything on an advertising platform's prohibited or restricted list, or anything that breaches its content, targeting or landing-page policies.
  • Make earnings claims, health claims, financial-return claims or any other claim you cannot substantiate.
  • Point ads at a landing page that misrepresents the offer, hides material terms, or differs from what was approved.
  • Use cloaking, redirects, misleading creatives or any other technique intended to get past ad review.
  • Run an account, campaign or offer that has already been banned by the platform, or that you operate on behalf of someone who has been banned.

A breach of this section may result in immediate and permanent loss of advertising access, and you are liable to us for the harm caused to shared assets.

F. Abuse payments and sales

  • Sell anything on your payment processor's prohibited or restricted business list.
  • Sell what you cannot or do not intend to deliver.
  • Run card testing, use stolen payment methods, buy from yourself, manufacture transaction volume, or launder funds.
  • Provide false identity or business information during verification, or receive funds into an account you do not control.
  • Structure your offering to evade a platform rule, a tax obligation, or a consumer-protection requirement.

G. Abuse credits, quotas and incentives

  • Circumvent, manipulate or exploit credit metering, quotas, budget caps or rate limits — ours or a third party's.
  • Exploit a bug, pricing error or accounting fault to obtain credits, capacity or access you did not pay for, instead of reporting it.
  • Create multiple or fake accounts to multiply free allowances, referral rewards or trials.
  • Resell, sublicense, timeshare or run the Services as a service bureau for third parties without our written agreement.

H. Attack the platform

  • Probe, scan, penetration-test or otherwise attack the Services without our prior written authorisation.
  • Attempt to access another customer's account, organisation, data or resources.
  • Introduce malware, or use the Services to distribute or command it.
  • Overload, disrupt or degrade the Services, or interfere with anyone else's use of them.
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest or extract data from the Services by any automated means we have not authorised.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Services, or try to extract our prompts, system instructions, model configuration or underlying architecture.
  • Copy, modify, distribute, publish, sublicense or create derivative works from the Services, beyond what the Terms expressly allow.
  • Use the Services in any way the Terms do not permit.

I. Enforcement

We investigate what we choose to investigate, on the evidence available to us, and we decide. Depending on the severity we may remove content, disable a hosted page or subdomain, cut off advertising, suspend payment features, freeze balances during an investigation, restrict, suspend or permanently terminate an account, forfeit credits and rewards, and refuse re-registration. We report to the authorities and to affected platforms where the law requires it, and we may do so where we consider it warranted. We are not required to warn you first, and terminating for a breach does not entitle you to any refund.
